'15' is a story about being a teenager in love only to have one of the families moving away. The first inclination is to run through the woods and away from reality. But it's the harsh reality that sets in and you eventually have to say goodbye. Gone but not forgotten. That's '15'.
Tommy Marz has managed to stay busy during the Covid-19 Pandemic and is ready to release his new single '15'. Once again produced by Billboard charting producer & artist, Electropoint, Tommy also enlisted Smashing Pumpkins guitarist Jeff Schroeder to add depth and edge to the track.. Marz and Schroeder are no strangers to working with one another. Last year they co-produced and performed during a virtual benefit show for Sweet Relief. The fundraiser went on to raise over $10,000 for the out of work road crews and featured many talented artists including Peter Hook (Joy Division, New Order), the late and legendary Mark Lanegan, Scotti Hill (Skid Row), Jack Hues (Wang Chung), Kevin Rudolf, Katie Cole, Jack Bates and Arion Salazar (Third Eye Blind). '15' marks the third single from what will be an eventual EP release for Marz. 'Summer Treasure' and the Harry Styles cover of 'From the Dining Table' have both charted on the iTunes Top 20 and are approaching 250k streams on Spotify.
